Strat Intelligence ("Strat," "we," "us," or "our") provides an Instagram data analysis service that generates personalized 90-day content playbooks for founders and brands. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use our website and mobile application (collectively, the "Service").

By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Information We Collect

  • • Instagram Data: When you connect your Instagram account, we access publicly available profile information, post engagement metrics (likes, comments, shares, saves), reach and impressions data, audience demographics, and posting history. We access this data through Instagram's official API with your explicit authorization.
  • • Payment Information: Billing details are processed securely by our third-party payment processor. We do not store your full credit card number on our servers.
  • • Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, and device/browser information.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • • Analyze your Instagram performance data and generate your personalized 90-day content playbook.
  • • Improve and optimize the accuracy and relevance of our AI-powered recommendations.

4. Data Sharing

  • • We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
  • • Upon deletion, all Instagram data, playbooks, and account information will be permanently removed from our systems.

We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, strict access controls, and regular security audits. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Rights

When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you via email or a prominent notice within the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
